The quarters where the captain confers with her officers and contemplates her decisions. With the monitor inside this room, she is able to communicate with lifeforms outside Voyager.
The Ready Room is located to the starboard side of the Main Bridge on Deck 1, and is accessed through the doorway just forward of the Tactical/Security Station.
